摘要
利用卫星时钟作为电网的时间统一基准，在国内外已经不再是认识问题，而是应用上的技术问题，文中对卫星时钟的时间特性、电网对卫星时钟的技术要求、电网中卫星时钟的统一规划与管理进行讨论，以期达到卫星时钟的正确、合理应用，避免盲目投资。
The satellite clock applying as the unified time base in power system is no longer the problem of recognition, but the techniques of application. This paper discusses the time characteristics, technical reguirement of power system,unified planning and management of the satellite clock to achieve correct and rational application
