摘要
高性能泵送混凝土水泥水化热量大,混凝土强度高,早期内外温差大,表面容易产生裂缝,需对混凝土施工配合比、原材料、出机口温度、水平垂直运输的温升、浇筑温度及仓面保温进行有效控制,以减少混凝土内外温差,达到减少或消除表面裂缝的目的。文中介绍了高性能泵送混凝土温控措施在漕河渡槽Ⅲ标工程中的成功应用。
So far as the high performance pumped-concrete with high strength is concerned, its hydration heat is higher with larger internal and external temperature differences in the early age, and then cracking is easy to occur on its surface. Therefore, the mixing ratio, raw material, mixer outlet temperature, temperature-rise during horizontal and vertical transportation, placing temperature and heat insulation of the placing surface must be effectively controlled, so as to lower the internal and external temperature differences, and then get the target of reducing or eliminating the surface cracking for the concrete as well. The successful application of the temperature control measures on high performance pumped-concrete to Ⅲ bid section of Caohe Aqueduct is described herein.
