摘要
"5.12"汶川特大地震造成四川省1 997座水库受损,占全省水库总数6 678座的30%,其中:大型4座,中型61座,小(1)型331座,小(2)型1 601座,出现高危及溃坝险情水库总数达379座。为了确保震损水库安全、特别是为了震损水库的恢复重建以及这些水库将来的运行、管理安全,系统分析了"5.12"特大地震造成四川省内大量水库不同程度损坏情况;对震损水库恢复重建的规划、设计、施工、政策、科研等提出了具体指导意见和应采取的措施。
During ＂5. 12＂ Wenchuan Earthquake, 1997 reservoirs have been damaged with 4 large ones, 61 medium-sized ones, 331 small-sized （Ⅰ） ones, 1601 small-sized （Ⅱ） ones, which are 30% of the total amount of 6678 reservoirs in Siehuan Province ; in which 379 reservoirs are under high risk with the danger of failure. In order to ensure the safety of the damaged reservoirs, and especially to ensure the rehabilitations as well as the safeties of the future operations and managements of these reservoirs, the reservoirs damaged by ＂5. 12＂ Wenehuan Earthquake in Sichuan Province are comprehensively analyzed, and then some specific guiding recommendations and countermeasures to be taken on the planning, design, construction, policy, scientific research etc. for the rehabilitations of the earthquake-damaged reservoirs are put forward herein.
