摘要
为了实现感应加热中的交变磁场,利用基于片上系统和场效应管脉宽调制(PWM)载波方案,描述了硬件电路框图和功率驱动电路,并给出了仿真结果。实验结果表明,该电路能够在线圈内产生频率和幅值均可控的电流,从而产生期望的交变磁场,实现了感应加热。该方法为感应加热技术的进一步发展创造了条件。
Aiming at realizing alternating magnetic field in induction heating, a solution was used based on system on chip (SOC) and metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor (MOSFET) pulse wide modulation (PWM). The circuit block diagram, the power drive circuit scheme and the result of simulation were presented. The experimental results show that the solution presented can generate the current adjustable both in frequency and amplitude, give rise to a desired alternating magnetic field and make the induction heating work well. The method creats conditions for the further development of induction heating technology.
