摘要
为实现轴瓦厚度的多点检测,基于激光微位移技术,设计了一种轴瓦厚度的非接触的多点测量系统。论述了整个系统的测量原理、数学模型,介绍了系统的3个主要组成部分—进出料机构、测量机构和分选机构的组成;采用把轴瓦压入模具的方法,解决了自由弹张量对测量的影响;并设计了基于LabVIEW语言平台的计算机实时数据采集系统,实现了轴瓦厚度的快速准确采集,满足了轴瓦厚度在线实时分选的要求。
In order to realize muhipoint measurement for the thickness of bearings, a method for the muhipoint measurement of bearings' thickness was presented based on optical triangulation measurement principle. The measurement principle, the composition and the mathematical model were presented. The system was composed of three parts, including automatic sending the material machine, measurement machine and grouping machine. With the method of pressing the bearing into the model, the error introduced by the extension of the bearings was eliminated. The real-time data record processing system was designed based on Lab-VIEW, and the thickness of bearings was collected fleetly and exactly. The system can satisfy the requirement for the on-line grouping of the thickness of bearings.
