摘要
信息服务社会化是时代的变化与发展对图书馆提出的新要求。在论述高校图书馆信息服务社会化意义的基础上,对其必然性、可行性和基本原则作了分析。
Information services community is new requirements of the changes of the times and development to the library. Based on the university library information on the significance of social services, this article analyzes its necessity, feasibility, and basic principles.
