摘要
随机在苏打草甸碱土表层选取碱斑,进行碱斑畜禽粪便、鲜草的堆肥和覆盖处理。通过定期监测土壤中酶活性(脲酶、碱性磷酸酶和过氧化氢酶)的变化,探讨不同施肥模式对土壤中酶活性(脲酶、碱性磷酸酶和过氧化氢酶)的影响,为盐渍土的培肥改良提供科学依据。
Alkali spot were selected randomly in the top layer of the ,soda meadow saline soil in Zhaozhou of North China,disposed with livestock recess, compost of grass origin and overcast. Change of enzyme activities(urase, alkali phosphatase, hydrogen peroxidse) in the soil were measured periodically to probe the effect of fertilizing patterns on the enzyme activities, that to provide the scientific basis for the improvement of fertilizing to the salty soil.
