This paper introduced the role and characteristic of road headers S150A were, stressed the road header failure analysis and troubleshooting the necessary, focused on the common S150A road header failures, failures and the reasons for exclusion method. And pointed out that the development will be boring machine to the tunneling equipment maintenance overhaul bring greater challenges.
