摘要
文章通过了解当前医院人事分配制度中的主要症结,指出绩效考核、分配等机制不完善是医院改革的瓶颈,为进一步深化改革寻找突破口。
Through understanding the main crux of the hospital personnel distribution system, the article pointed out that the performance evaluation, distribution mechanism is the bottlenecks of the hospital reform, through which we can find a good break through to further deepen the reform.
