流式细胞术在159例急性白血病免疫分型中的应用 被引量:17

摘要 目的探讨急性白血病免疫分型的特点及其临床意义。方法利用CD45/SSC双参数散点图设门方法进行三色流式细胞术免疫表型分析。结果(1)在119例AML患者中髓系相关抗原CD13(91.59%)、CD117(86.97%)和CD33(84.03%)阳性表达率最高,还有14.28%的AML患者伴有淋系抗原的表达,主要为CD7(14.28%)和CD19(1.68%)。29例B-ALL患者,CD19和HLA-DR全部阳性(100%),其次为CD34(92.03%)、CD22(62.07%)。11例T-ALL患者,CD7表达的阳性率最高(100%),CD3(72.73%)和CD2(63.64%)次之。(2)AML患者中,除大多数AML-M3患者CD34和HLA-DR为阴性表达外,其他亚型患者CD13、CD117、CD33、CD34和HLA-DR均为高表达。结论在流式细胞仪上采用CD45/SSC双参数散点图设门方法进行三色流式细胞术分析,使得免疫分型的结果更为可靠。 Objective To investigate the immunophenotypa characteristics and significance in acute leukemia.Methods Three colors monoclonal antibodies were used in flow cytometric immunofluorence technique with CD45 auxiliary gating. Results (1) CD13 (91.59%) ,CD117(86.97% ) and CD33(84.03% ) were highly expressed among 119 case of AML,and 14.28% patients accompanied with lymphocyte antigens-CD7(14.28% ) 和 CD19(1.68% ).AII of the 29 cases of B-ALL, the positive rate of CD19 and HIADR are 100% ,next are CD34(92.03% ) and CD22(62.07%).In 11 cases of T-ALL, CD7 was most highly expressed(100% ) , then are CD3 ( 72.73 % ) and CD2 (63.64 % ). (2) Among the patients of AML, except most of the patients of AML-M3 CD34 and HLADR were negatively expressed, the other patients CD13, CD117, CD33, CD34 and HIA-DR were highly expressed. Conclusion FCM measurement with multiparmneter analysis with CD45 auxiliary gating may be used in immunophenotype, and may make the result more reliable.
