摘要
本文研究了在无心内圆磨削工序中,采用自校正控制提高内径磨削尺寸精度的方法。分析了磨削过程中的误差规律,建立了磨削过程的误模型。并研制了计算机控制系统,用于无心内圆磨削过程的控制,使用情况表明可以显著地提高内径磨削的尺寸精度。
This paper nas presented a method for improving the dimensional accuracy of bores by means of self-tuning control in internal grinding. For this sake a computerized system is designed for controlling the grinding process. The results have shown an obvious improvcment of dimensional accuracy.
