摘要
以乙二醇做溶剂,水合肼做还原剂,从钴的氯化物中制备金属钴粉.通过改变反应温度、反应物的浓度、加料方式,分析钴粉产率和清液中钴离子的残余率,寻找了制备超细钴粉的最佳反应条件:反应温度为85℃,还原剂初始浓度比为2.5,钴离子初始浓度为1.00mol/L,反应时间为20min;并研究了产品的后处理过程.
With Glycol as solvent and Aquation Hydrazine as reducing agent, Low Cobalt powder can be prepared from Cobalt Chloride. Through changes in temperature, the reaction of concentration, feeding, analysis of cobalt powder Qingye yield and the remnants of the Co-rate we look for the best conditions of Cobalt powder's preparation: The reaction time is 20 minutes, the reaction temperature is 85℃, reducing the initial concentration ratio of 2.5, the initial concentration of cobah ion 1.00 mol / L; and also study the products after processing are also studied.
