基于AD7799的高精度微电信号测试仪的设计与实现 被引量:2

摘要 随着ADC速度和精度的提高,如何高效、准确地测试电信号是测量仪研究的重点。本文阐述了由24位AD7799转换器、Zilog公司Z8F6423单片机和PC机构成的微电信号采集与处理系统的组成、硬件结构和软件编程。通过开发的视窗软件可以方便地进行多路高精度微电信号测量。实际50Hz采集效果表明达到20位的RMS(均方根)精度。 As the advancement of the ADC speed and resolution technology, research emphasis on more effective with high accurate electric signal measurement instrument is increased. This paper presents a small signal sample-and-process system based on AD7799 24bit precision ADC, Zilog's Z8F6423 microprocessor and a PC. The key hardware blocks schematics and components are described, software flow charts and sample codes are given. Windows visual software developed for the system can be used for multi-channels measurement. Tested results show that 20 bit RMS measurement accuracy can be achieved with 50Hz conversion rate.
