摘要
在经济全球化和信息数字化的时代,信息对社会的生产和生活的作用越来越重要。良好的信息素养也是社会进步的标志之一,信息素养的培养日益成为世界各国教育界乃至社会各界所共同关注的焦点话题。大学生是国家未来的栋梁,是高等教育人才培养的重点对象,高等学校应主动承担起为国家培养具有较高信息素养的优秀人才的历史重任。加强大学生的信息素养教育,是高等教育人才培养的基本目标,也是科教兴国战略实施的重要议题之一。提高大学生的信息素养势在必行。
With the increasing importance of information to the production and social life in the era of globalization and digitahzation, the development of infornation literacy gradually becomes the sign of progress and the public focus in education and other fields as well. Since college students are the critical subjects in higher education, it is imperative to improve their informacion literacy in the developmental strategy.
