摘要
本文对893名职业照射人员外周血平行观察了染色体畸变率和淋巴细胞微核率。结果表明,两者的符合率为7.84%。从理论上分析和探讨了两者不呈密切相关的可能性。微核在T、B淋巴细胞中分布的研究对分析两者的关系具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。
This paper reports the parallel observations of chromosomal aberra-tions frequencies and micronuclei frequencies in peripheral blood lymphocytes from893 occupational exposure workers. The results show that the correspond with chro-mosomal aberrations frequencies and micronuclei frequencies are 7 .84%. In view oftheortical analysis, the correlative test is no a close relationship possibility betweenchromosomal aberrations and micronuclei frequencise. The distribution study of mic-ronuclei in T. Blymphocytes for analysing relationship between the chromosomalaberrations frequencies and micronuclei frequencies has important theoretical significa-nce, and practical value.
