摘要
我国是一个发展中国家,水电资源相对丰富,而丰富的水电资源主要集中在西部地区,以发展的眼光视角,研究和分析了西部水电开发的战略意义及其所面临的问题,指出西部水电开发必须坚持可持续发展的道路,兼顾人与自然、人与社会及人与环境的和谐发展。
China is a developing country which has relatively abundant water energy resources, mainly concentrating in the west of China. In this paper, the strategic significance of water energy resources exploitation in west China and the problems faced were researched and analyzed with a development perspective of view, pointed out that the exploitation of water energy resources in west China must adhere to the path of sustainable development, keeping harmony among people, society, nature, and environment.
