摘要
以对位取代的苯酚为起始原料,经过与丙烯腈的加成、水解、分子内酰基化以及与苯甲醛的羟醛缩合反应而生成查尔酮,再与苯肼反应得到3个苯并二氢吡喃并[4,3-c]-2-吡唑啉衍生物,并利用1HNMR1、3CNMR谱和MASS分析进行了结构确认。对所合成的3个化合物,测定了荧光光谱,结果显示这3个化合物均具有蓝色荧光性能;而且对化合物6a在不同酸性条件下的荧光性能进行测试,结果显示随着酸性的增加,荧光强度明显减小。
Three 2, 3-diphenylchromano [ 4, 3-e ]-2-pyrazoline derivatives were synthesized using para-substituted phenols as starting materials by the Michael addition, hydrolysis, intra-molecular Friedel-Crafts reaction, and aldol condensation reactions. All the new compounds were confirmed via ^1HNMR, ^13CNMR and Mass analysis. The fluorescent properties of three new compounds were studied and the results indicated that strong blue fluorescence could be detected. In addition, the fluorescence intensity reduced with an increasing acidity, which occurred only on the compound 6a.
