摘要
本文研究了介质pH对嵌段聚醚氨酯辐射接枝丙烯酰胺,丙烯酸,4-乙烯基吡啶及苯乙烯的影响。研究表明介质pH值增高有利于这种软段有醚键,硬段有氨基甲酸酯基团的嵌段聚合物与具有不同极性官能团有机单体的辐射接枝。本文对这种效应的原因做了初步探讨。
It is well known that small amount of mineral acid gave a obviousenhancement to radiation grafting yields for some typical systems such as the graftingcopolymerization of styrene in methanol onto polyethylene, polypropylene and otherpolyolefins. But in the case of segmented polyetherurethane as the matrix, the radia-tion grafting yield of N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone on it would be optimum only in basicmedia. In this investigation the radiation grafting copolymerizations with some monomerssuch as acrylamide. acrylic acid, 4-vinyl-pyridine and styrene were performed. Theradiation grafting efficiencies of these systems were shown to be enhanced as well inthe grafting systems with higher pH values. Primary explanation was given.
