γ线全身照射对小鼠血小板生成的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用^(35)S体内掺入骨髓巨核细胞的方法,观察了小鼠经2、4、6、6、8和10 Gy^(60)Coγ线照射后2、4、6、8、10、14、18、24、30和40d血小板生成的动态变化。结果表明:照后2d除10Gy组外,各剂量组血小板生成有增强趋势;血小板生成量开始下降时间、下降程度和恢复速度与照射剂量有一定相关,但各剂量组下降斜率之间无显著差异,而且大约都在7-8d达到最低点;8Gy以下照射后小鼠血小板生成量可自行恢复到正常水平,在恢复期中,2、4和6Gy组可出现一过性血小板生成超常;外周血小板计数的变化模式与血小板生成量的变化模式大致相同,但前者变化的波动范围较小。 Thrombopoiesis after a single dose of 2,4,6,8 and 10 Gy gamma-raytotal body irradiation was studied by means of ^(35)S incorporation technique in mice.It was found that the post irradiation change of thrombopoietic activity ran a poly-phasic course. The thrombopoiesis was stimulated 2 days after irradiation except in the10 Gy group. The time of onset of declination, the nadir and the speed of recoveryof thrombopoiesis were correlated with the dose of irradiation. Meanwhile, the slopeof declination was independent of the dose, and the nadir was reached arround the8th post irradiation day in all dose groups. Thrombopoiesis could recover to normallevel spontaneously within the dose range up to 8 Gy. An overstimulation of thro-mbopoiesis was seen in the recovery phase after 2-6 Gy irradiation, followed by adepressive phase. The peripheral platelet count followed a similar course as the thro-mbopoietic activity, with a smaller range of variation. The relationship betweenthrombopoiesis and peripheral platelet count and the characteristics of the change ofthrombopoiesis following different doses of irradiation are discussed.
