摘要
以水蒸汽蒸馏法提取四川产暖地大叶藓挥发油，对其化学组分进行气相色谱-质谱（GC-MS）联机分析，多次优化分离条件，从中鉴定出52个化合物，占其挥发油总量的85．67％。四川产暖地大叶藓挥发油的不仅含有脂肪酸、醛、醇类化合物，种类丰富的萜类化合物也得到很好的分离和确证。
The essential oil from the whole plant of Rhodobryum giganteum （ Schwaegr. ） Par. was extracted by steam distillation, and its chemical compositions were isolated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometer （GCMS）. 52 compounds were obtained which accounted for 85.67% of the total essential oil. Besides the fatty acids, aldehydes and alcohols, many types of terpenoids were better isolated and identified.
