摘要
本文采用水蒸气蒸馏法对青海产米蒿挥发油进行提取,运用气相色谱.质谱联用技术对其化学成分进行鉴定分析。共分离出56个峰,并确定了其中的51个化合物,其化学成分主要有:桃金娘烯醇(24.591%)、桉树脑(10.878%)、1,3-二甲基-5-乙基苯(10.140%)、香叶烯(9.374%)、(Z)-3,7-二甲基-辛三烯(1,5,7)醇-3(6.958%)、金刚烷(6.442%)、3,3,6-三甲基-庚二烯(1,4)醇-6(6.405%)、3,3,6-三甲基-庚二烯(1,5)醇4(4.716%)、4.甲基-庚二烯(1,6)醇-4(3.204%)、α-蒎烯(3.025%)等。
The volatile oil from Artemisia dalai-lamae Krasch was extracted by steam distillation and then analyzed by GC-MS in order to study its chemical constituents. From it 56 peaks were isolated, and 51 of them have been identified. The major constituents were myrtenol (24.591% ), euealyptol ( 10.878 % ), benzene, 1-ethyl-3,5-dimethyl- ( 10. 140% ) , 1,5,7-oetatfien ,3,7-dimethyl- (6. 958% ) ,tricyclo[ 4.3.1.1 ( 3,8 ) ] undeeane ( 6.442% ) ,3,3,6-trmethyl-1,4-hepta- dien-6-ol (6.465%) ,myrcene (9.374%) ,3,3,6-trmethyl-1,5-heptadien-4-ol 4 (4.716%) ,4-methyl-1,6-heptadien- 4-ol (3. 204% ) ,α-pinene (3. 025% ) ,and so on.
