摘要
在提出投资回收期的主要影响因素并分析其概率分布模型基础上,利用随机数发生器模拟影响因素的变化,建立了项目投资回收期的仿真模型;最后举实例分析了当净现金流量满足β分布时建设项目投资回收期的仿真模型,模拟结果表明该方法可以为项目投资决策提供依据。
Based on the main influencing factors for investment payoff period and analysis of their probability distribution model, a simulation model for payoff period of construction investment was established using the random number generator to simulate the variation of the influencing factors. In the end,a simulation model for payoff period of construction investment when the cash flow meets Beta distribution was analyzed through a practical example, and the simulation result shows that the method can provide basis for project investment decision- making.
