摘要
基于某办公楼的抗震加固设计实践,提出对早期建造的钢筋混凝土装配整体式板柱结构房屋,应结合建筑物的维修改造,对其进行抗震加固设计。通过改变原有结构体系,将装配整体式板柱结构改造成框架结构或框架剪力墙结构,可从根本上消除抗震安全隐患。
Based on the practice of some office building' s seismic strengthening design, it proposed that the early prefabricated slab-column structure of reinforced concrete should carried on seismic strengthening design, and the seismic safety dange may fundamentally be eliminated by transformed the fabricated slab-column structure to the the frame constructure or the frame-shearwall structure, by changing the original structure system.
