摘要
本区主要环境问题是环境污染、海涂环境退化和陆域地表覆盖层破坏等。保护整治宜针对重点地区、重点环境问题和敏感脆弱环境要素分别采取不同措施。
Based on the investigation to the status ,problems and developing trend of the eco environmental quality in the Chinese parts circumscribing Beibuwan Gulf,and combined its natural characteristics of tropical and sea land interface zone with the social economic developing situation, the author put forward the guiding ideology, general and specific policies and countermeasures for the protection and improvement of vital eco environment in the key parts of the area.
