摘要
用不同的蜜环菌(Amillaria mellea)菌株与长白山乌天麻(Gastrodia elata)进行伴栽试验,以探索不同蜜环菌菌株对乌天麻产量的影响。结果表明:不同蜜环菌菌株对乌天麻产量的影响不同,其中菌株Ar-4能显著提高天麻产量,仿野生栽培和室外箱栽试验均表现出良好的伴栽效果。
The cultivation test was made to study the effect of different strains of Amillaria mellea on the yield of Gastrodia elata f. glauca of Changbai Mountains. The results showed that different strains of Amillaria mellea had certain effect on the yield of C, astrodia elata, Strain Ar-4 was obtained by separating and screening from laboratory which greatly increased the yield of Gastrodia elata. The remarkable effect was verified in the Bionics wild cultivation and in the outdoor-box planting.
