摘要
本文简要介绍了在日本东京农业大学召开的世界农业信息与技术会议的情况,通过与来自世界各国的专家、学者的充分交流与热烈讨论,在信息数据采集、决策支持系统、知识管理/本体论、图书馆信息服务和数据库建设、食品安全,以及信息通信技术的应用等领域有了基本的了解,并结合国际农业信息管理与技术发展经验与问题,提出了我国在该领域值得重视和借鉴的若干思考与建议。
The paper briefly introduces main contents of the World Conference on Agricultural Information and IT, IAALD AFITA WCCA,2008,8,24-27 in Japan. Through information exchange among experts and scholars, the author learned various knowledge in data acquisition, decision support system, knowledge management/ontology, library information service and database construction, food safety, and ICT adoption etc.. Considering the experiences and issues from international information and ICT development, the paper puts forward some suggestions for accelerating the development of agricultural information services and ICTs of our country.
