摘要
1.78 mGy/d和4.27 mGy/dγ线连续三年照射狗的结果表明,睾丸的剂量率效应要比累积剂量的效应更明显:1.78 mGy/d照射三年、累积剂量达1.314 Gy对狗的睾丸未产生影响;4.27 mGy/d照射6个月、累积剂量仅0.472 Gy时对狗的睾丸即产生了明显的效应。停照后6个月睾丸的损伤开始恢复,精子形态恢复较快,精子数量的恢复过程具有长期性和波动性。
The results in two groups of dogs continuously exposed to γ-raysat 1.78 mGy/day and 4.27 mGy/day for 3 years indicated that the effect of doserate on the testes was more obvious than that of accumulated dose: in the dogs irra-diated with 1.78 mGy/day for 3 years, the testes were unaffected when the accumula-ted dose reached 1.314 Gy; in the dogs irradiated with 4.27 mGy/day for 6 months,the testes were caused obvious effects when the accumulated dose only reached 0.497Gy. The damage of the testes began to recover 6 months after the termination of irra-diation. morphology of sperm returned soon and completely to normal, quntitativerestoration of sperm was characteristic of long-term and fluctuation.
