通过对科学发展观内涵和精神实质的解读,从新时期人事工作贯彻科学发展观的着力点分析,强调人事工作要创新理念,强基固本,管理促动,建强队伍,在可持续发展进程中"凝心聚力"树形象,有作为。人事工作者要真正成为科学发展观的坚定信仰者、忠实执行者和积极促进者。
Through the decoding the connotation and spiritual essence of ＂scientific approach of development＂ and analyzing the focus personnel administrators should take when carrying out the ＂scientific approaches of development＂, the passage emphasizes personnel administration should work on creating and perfecting conceptions, enforcing the foundation, promoting the managing and strengthening the teamwork, while setting up positive images heart and soul and making a difference during the process of ＂scientifically developing＂. Personnel administrators should in reality become firm believers, loyal executors and energetic advocate of ＂scientific approaches of development＂.
