简述了非枝晶半固态金属的特点与制备方法，半固态成形的工艺过程与基本类型，介绍了半固态成形模具的分类、工作温度、工作条件，对模具材料的性能要求，推荐了一些可用的材料牌号。
This paper introduces the characterisitics of the nondendritic structure alloys, the processes for achieving this alloys, the processes of the semisolid forming and their basic types. The paper also introduces the classification of the dies for semidsolid forming, the working temperatures, and the working conditions. Then,the paper gives some die materials according to their property requirments.
