摘要
利用植物源农药不易使害虫产生抗药性的优点,测定了有毒植物鸦胆子叶、枝条、种子提取物对烟蚜的生物活性。结果表明,3个部位的甲醇提取物对烟蚜均有较高的触杀活性,其中鸦胆子种子提取物的活性最高,处理48 h后的校正死亡率为98.79%;在胃毒及选择性忌避活性测定中,鸦胆子叶提取物对烟蚜的胃毒活性最大,处理48 h后的校正死亡率达87.11%,处理24 h后的选择性忌避率为85.94%。
Biological activity of the leaf, branch and seed extract of Brucea javanica( L. )Merr. was tested against Myzus persicae( Sulzer). The results showed that three parts methanol extracts of Brucea javanica (L.) Men'. had higher contact toxicity ,thereinto, the seed extract of Brucea javanlca ( L. ) Men'. was the highest, the emendation mortality was 98.79% after 48 h treatment. In stomach toxicity experiment and selectivity deterrent experiment,Brucea javanica ( L. ) Merr. leaf extract had the highest stomach activity, the mortality of stomach toxicity was 87.77 % after 48h treatment,the emendation mortality of selectivity deterrent activity was 85.94% after 24h treatment.
