摘要 传统抗生素作为饲料添加剂在饲料业中面临着被淘汰的局面。抗菌肽是一类小分子多肽,具有抗菌、抗病毒等多种功能,同时,还具有热稳定性强的特点,有望成为一类很好的抗生素饲料添加剂替代品。 Traditional antibiotics as feed additives can not meet the needs of the modern feed industrial. Antimicrobial peptides are small polypeptides which have antimicrobial, antiviral and many other activates, furthermore, they are thermal-stable. Therefore, antimicrobial peptides can be ideal substitute of traditional antibiotics as feed additive.
