中年人群不同业余静态时间与肥胖、超重及高脂血症关系的研究 被引量:10

Study on the relationship between different amateurish static time and overweight/obesity and hyperlipoidemia among the middle-aged

摘要 目的探讨中年人群不同业余静态时间与肥胖/超重及高脂血症患病率之间的关系。方法在湖北省不同地区中年人群中随机整群抽样调查共4 613人,采用问卷调查及个体血清学检测。对不同业余静态时间与肥胖/超重及高脂血症患病率之间的关系进行比较分析。结果与每日静态生活时间不足1 h的人相比,静态生活时间1 h以上者超重/肥胖、高甘油三酯及高胆固醇患病率及患病相对风险值(以OR表示)均显著增加(P<0.05),其中超过4 h以上者患超重/肥胖、高甘油三酯及高胆固醇血症与不足1 h者相比,其相应风险(以OR表示)分别增加19%、38%和92%。结论中年人群静态生活时间长短与超重/肥胖及高脂血症发病率高低有显著正相关性(P<0.05)。静态时间越长,个体患超重/肥胖和高脂血症风险性越高,静态时间延长对高脂血症的影响大于超重/肥胖,超重/肥胖可能是高脂血症的危险因素之一。 Objective To investigate the relationship between different amateurish static time and morbidity of overweight/obesity and hyperlipoidemia among middle-aged. Methods Questionnaire survey and serum test were performed among 4 613 cases,which were chosen by cluster random sampling from the the middle-aged in different regions. Analytical comparison were carried out between different amateurish static time and morbidity of overweight/obesity and hyperlipoidemia. Results Compared with those whose amateurish static time less than 1 hour/day, the morbidity and its relative risk(OR) of overweight/obesity and hypertriglyeeridemia and hypcrcholesterolemia increased significantly(P 〈 0. 05 ) , OR of/obesity and hypertriglyceridemia and hypercholesterolemia of those whose amateurish static time more than 4 hour/day, had an increase of 19% ,38% and 92% respectively than those whose amateurish static time less than l hour/day. Conclusion There was positive correlation between different amateurish static time and overweight/obesity and hyperlipoidemia among middle-aged ( P 〈 0. 05 ). OR of/obesity and hypertriglyceridemia and hypereholesterolemia increased when those middle-aged had more amateurish static time. More amateurish static time has more significant impact on hyperlipoidemia than overweight/obesity. Overweight/obesity might be a risk factor of hypedipoidemia.
