摘要
通过对20世纪包头市住宅形式的研究,介绍了实行统建后建设效果较好的几个小区,列举了80年代住宅建设的特例,归纳和总结了80年代住宅设计水平提高的具体体现,积累经验,发现不足,以适应新时期住宅建筑发展的要求。
According to the study on the residential building forms in Baotou in 20th century, the paper introduces some residential regions with better construction effects after the implementation of the unified construction, gives some special examples for the residential building in 1980s, summarizes and concludes the concrete aspects of the improvement for the design level in 1980s. In the paper, experiences are accumulated and the defects are also discovered in order to meet the residential building requirements in new century.
