摘要
目的探讨影响护理人员标准预防措施实施的相关因素。方法根据标准预防的内容，自行设计了调查问卷，调查了全市19所医院的1216名护理人员的标准预防措施实施及其影响因素。结果正确掌握并使用6部洗手方法、戴手套和处理锐器人员所占比例分别为4．89％、33．83％、45．35％；护理人员对标准预防知识掌握程度和自身防护意识不容乐观；护理人力资源和医疗设施配备不足严重影响标准预防措施的落实。结论加强标准预防知识培训，提高护理人员标准预防意识和掌握正确的防护方法，同时配备合理和充足的防护设施，才能保证标准预防措施的有效落实，达到规避感染风险的目的。
Objective To find out the correlation factors of the standard prevention for nurses. Methods Questionnaire was designed according to the principal of standard prevention. 1216 nurses completed the questiounaire. Results Nurses didn＇t know standard prevention knowledge more enough. The ratio of using the six - step hand - washing method was 4. 89%, and the ratio of uncapping the syringe after using was 45.35%. The ratio of wearing gloves correctly was 33.83%. Conclusion Strengtheding the standard prevention education for nurses, improving the standard prevention ability, and equipping enough medical safeguard can make sure the standard prevention was carried out more efficiency.
