异氟醚对大鼠不同脑区突触体NOS活性和NO生成的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解异氟醚麻醉对大鼠大脑不同脑区突触体NOS活性和NO生成的影响。方法选用50只雄性SD大鼠,随机分为空白对照组、1.5%异氟醚组、2.25%异氟醚组、3.0%异氟醚组和3.0%异氟醚恢复组,测定不同浓度组皮层、海马、小脑、脑干突触体NOS活性和NO生成量。结果异氟醚以剂量依赖的方式抑制皮层、海马、小脑、脑干NOS的活性和NO生成。结论异氟醚可能通过对中枢神经系统突触体NOS活性和NO生成的抑制,发挥其麻醉作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of isoflurane on nitric oxides synthase activity (NOS) and nitric oxide (NO) production in the synaptosomes of different brain regions. Methods Fifty male SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: Control, 1.5% isoflurane group (1.5% iso), 2.25% isoflurane group (2.25% iso),3.0% isoflurane group (3.0% iso), recovery from 3.0% isoflurane group (3.0% iso re). The effects of isoflurane on NOS activity and NO production in synaptosomes were studied in rat brain cortex, hippocampus, cerebellum and brain stem. Results Isoflurane inhibited the NOS activity and NO production in the synaptosomes of rat brain cortex, hippocampus, cerebullum and brain stem in a dose-related manner (P<0.01). Conclusion Isoflurane may probably produce its anesthetic effects by inhibiting the NOS activity and NO production in synaptosomes of the central nerve system.
