摘要
目的观察参附注射液对老年患者髋关节置换术时血流动力学的保护作用。方法将60例行髋关节置换术的老年患者随机分为参附组与对照组各30例,麻醉完成后参附组立即静脉滴注参附注射液1mg/kg,对照组静脉滴注等量生理盐水;比较两组术中及术毕血流动力学变化及血管活性药物的使用情况。结果参附组术中、术毕平均动脉压、心率均高于对照组,术中、术毕使用血管活性药的剂量明显少于对照组。结论参附注射液对老年患者髋关节置换术时血流动力学的稳定性具有明显的保护作用。
Objective： To observe protective effect of Shenfu Injection on hemodynamies in geriatric patient undergoing hip joint replacement. Methods：60 patients were randomly divided into SF group and control group. The SF group was treated with 1ml/kg Shenfu Injection by intravenous, infusion right after anesthesia, and the control group was infused with 1 ml/kg saline. The following indices were observed： hemodynamie changes during surgery, using of vaso - active drugs intra and postoperatively. Results： MAP, HR were higher, and dosages of vaso - active drugs were significantly lowers in SF group than those in control group intra and postoperatively. Conclusion： Shenfu Injection has significantly protective effect on stability of hemodynamics in geriatric patients undergoing hip joint replacement.
