摘要
选择8种大孔树脂,分别测定它们对纳他霉素的吸附率和解吸率,筛选出较优的纳他霉素的吸附剂,然后确定纳他霉素纯化的最适操作条件。结果表明,HPD200A大孔树脂具有好的吸附性能和解吸效果。最适吸附条件为:吸附时间为8h、解吸时间为3h、洗脱液pH值为8.0、样液pH值6.0、吸附流速为1.0BV/h。
Through the comparison among the eight types of macroporous resin adsorption and desorption rate of natamycin, the optional absorbent material for natamycin was decided, and most suitable manipulation parameters of natamyein were confirmed.The results showed that HPD200A resin possessed higher absorption and desorption rate,the time of adsorption and desorption is 8 h and 3 h.Sample pH is 6 and flowed pH is 8.0. Speed of adsorption is 1.0 BV/h.
