摘要
本文介绍了PCPA防铬污染助剂在铬鞣工艺中的应用。结果显示:采用该工艺,铬利用率达95%以上,鞣制废液中Cr2O3含量低于0.2g/l;与常规工艺相比,成革更加柔软、丰满且成革利用率达93%。
Abstract This paper described the applied experiment of PCPA assistant agent for chrome tannage in detail. The result showed that 95 percent chrome exhaustion rate, chrome content below 0.2g/l in effluent were obtained, the resultant leather was softer, fuller and with 93 percent useful rate.
