摘要
目的:采用HPLC法测定活血溶栓丸中甘草酸的含量。方法:采用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C_(18)色谱柱;以甲醇-0.2 mol·L^(-1)醋酸铵溶液-冰醋酸(67:33:1)为流动相;检测波长250 nm;流速为1.0 ml·min^(-1)。结果:甘草酸进样量在0.490 7～5.889 0μg范围内呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.74%,RSD为0.43%。结论:该方法快捷、简便、准确,可作为该制剂的质量控制。
To establish an HPLC method for the determination of glycyrrhetinic acid in Huoxue Rongshuan pills. Method： Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column was used with methanol-0.2 mol·L^-1 ammonium acetate-acetic acid glacial（67： 33：1 ）as mobile phase . The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1 and detecting wavelength was at 250 nm. Result： The linear relationships was good when paracetamol was 0.490 7 -5. 889 0 μg （r = 0. 999 9）. The average recovery was 99.74% （RSD = 0.43% ）. Conclusion： The methods was simple, rapid and accurate. It could be used for quality control of Huoxue Rongshuan pills.
