摘要
目的:优选再造浓缩丸的提取工艺条件。方法:以柚皮苷含量作为主要考核指标,采用正交试验法对醇提工艺条件进行优选。结果:最佳的工艺为加用8倍量70%乙醇,回流提取2次,每次1.0h。结论:该工艺可行。
To optimize the extraction process of Zaizaonongsuo pills. Method： The content of naringin were chosen as the main index. The alcohol extraction process was optimized by orthogonal design. Result： The optimal process was 8 times 70% alcohol, extracting 2 times and 1 hour each time. Conclusion： The optimal extration process is reasonsable.
