摘要
本文主要分析了在合成反应中溶剂对聚氨酯异氰酸酯基与羟基的影响，以及溶剂对水乳型聚氨酯性能的影响。试验证明，不同类型的溶剂由于活泼氢原子数不同，其ＴＤＩ消耗量也不同；溶剂的加入方式和加入量对反应产物也都有一定影响。
The influences of solvents to the synthetic reaction of aqueous PU finishing agent and its property were analysed.Experiments showed that solvents have a great effects on the reaction rate, when TDI reacts with a polythene glycol. It was observed that the speed in toluence was much quicker than in dioxane, and the TDI exhaustion by solvent depended on the solvent type.
