摘要
目的观察美托洛尔治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的疗效。方法将80例CHF患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组给予常规抗心力衰竭治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用美托洛尔,起始量为6.25mg,2次/d,口服,2周后剂量加倍,最大剂量为50mg,2次/d,治疗4周和半年后进行比较。结果美托洛尔治疗组患者的心功能、心率、左室射血分数,与对照组相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上加用美托洛尔治疗CHF安全有效。
Objective To observe the clinical results of metoprolol tablets on chronic heart failure （CHF）. Methods Eighty CHF patients were divided into two groups randomly. Control group （routine anti- CHF therapy ） and metoprolol treated group （ routine anti-CHF therapy and metoprolol tablets which were treated at 6.25 mg bid. at first,and then double dose after two weeks）. The comparations were made at 4 weeks and half a year after therapy. Results Compared with controls, the heart function, heart rate and LVEF of metoprolol treated group is significantly different（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion On the base of routine anti-CHF therapy, the treatment of metoprolol tablets on CHF is safe and effctive.
