摘要
目的通过对大鼠实验性蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛的观察,对缺血缺氧造成的脑损伤机制进行探讨。方法用反转录聚合酶链式反应技术检测大鼠SAH后CVS时海马组织Bcl-2和BaxmRNA的表达变化。结果Bcl-2mRNA的表达水平在蛛网膜下腔组1d时即开始下降,5~7d时降至最低。BaxmRNA的表达1d呈上升趋势,5~7d时达最高。在对照组和假手术组海马组织内的Bcl-2和BaxmRNA的表达水平保持相对恒定。结论提示Bcl-2和Bax可能参与了缺血缺氧所致的神经元损伤。
Objective Through the rat cerebral vasospasm after subarachnoid hemorrhage observation, the hypoxic ischemic brain injury caused by the mechanism discussed. Methods Use reverse transcription-pol- ymerase chain reaction test after SAH CVS rat hippocampus when the Bcl-2 and Bax mRNA expression of. Resuits Bcl-2 mRNA expression in subarachnoid hemorrhage a day that started to decline,5 -7 days to a minimum. Bax mRNA expression of an upward trend, 5 - 7 days to a maximum. In the control group and the sham group within the hippocampus of the Bcl-2 and Bax mRNA expression levels remained relatively constant. Conclusion Bcl-2 and Bax may be involved in the hypoxic ischemic damage caused by the neurons damage.
