摘要
目的:探讨三维腰椎牵引治疗腰肌筋膜炎的临床效果。方法:把138例患者随机分成两组,治疗组使用三维腰椎牵引治疗,对照组采用推拿与理疗,并把两组结果进行对比。结果:治疗组有效率为96.00%;对照组有效率为84.12%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.657,P<0.05)。结论:三维腰椎牵引治疗腰肌筋膜炎的临床效果好,治愈率高,值得推广。
Objective： To explore the clinical results of the waist myofascitis treated by three-dimensional lumbar traction. Methods： The 138 cases of the waist myofascitis were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated by the three-dimensional lumbar traction, the control group adopted the manipulation and the physical therapy, then con- trasted the results of the two groups. Results： The efficiency of the treatment group was 96.00%, while the control group was 84.12%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （Х^2=5.657 ,P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： Three-dimensional treatment of lumbar vertebrae traction has good clinic effect and high cure rate, so it is worth popularizing.
