摘要
目的:通过分析我院在"5·12"汶川特大地震中的用药情况,为今后发生特大自然灾害时能及时、有效地救治伤员和制订突发灾害事件抢救预案提供参考依据。方法:对我院2008年5月12～19日用药数据、地震伤员情况和325份地震伤患者病历进行分类统计分析。结果:前10类的药物主要包括镇痛药、镇静药、抗感染药、抗休克药、止血药等。抗生素中以喹诺酮类量最大,其次为头孢类、抗厌氧菌类和青霉素类。结论:本分析结果可以为地震灾害伤员的救治药品准备和供应提供依据。
Objective： To analyze the information of drug application in our hospital in the ＂5 · 12＂ earthquake in Wenchuan, and provide reference for making the rescue emergency plans for disaster events in order to effectively treat the wounded in time for the future in the event of major natural disasters. Methods： The data of drug application, the wounded people information and the cases of 325 patients suffered from the earthquake from May 12th to 19th in 2008 were statistically classified and analyzed. Results： The top 10 agents consisted of analgesics, sedatives, antibacterials, antishock agents and so on. Quinolones were the most frequently used drugs in the category of antibacterials, followed by Cephalosporins, Metronidazole and Penicillins. Condusion： The results of this study may be regarded as a reference of drugs readying and supplying in the earthquake disaster.
