摘要
本文总结了我院20年中488例中小面积烧伤的治疗。特别是近10年来采用了简便的治疗方法，使浅Ⅱ度和部分深Ⅱ度创面达到痴下愈合。对部分深Ⅱ度和Ⅲ度烧伤创面，采取早期切削痂植皮和肌腱移植，感染创面功能部位行带真皮下血管网全厚度片移植均取得了良好的效果。
This report summarizes the 488 cases treatment of small-medium sized burn in the past20 years in our hospital,especially the simple treatment methods adopted in recent 10 years: the self-unionof superficial Ⅱdegree and a portion of deep Ⅱ degree burn raw surface below the eschar; eschar shavingtrausplantation and tendon grafting at early stage to cure the remaining portion of deep Ⅱ degree and Ⅲburn raw surfacel transplantation of full thickness skin graft with subdermal vascular plexus in the treatment of the infected raw surface of the functional positions that normally leads to satisfactory results.
