半导体激光治疗后尿道狭窄的临床经验 被引量:2

摘要 为观察半导体激光治疗后尿道狭窄的效果,1995年10月~1997年3月,应用DIOMED半导体激光器治疗后尿道狭窄16例,13例获得手术一次成功,其余3例首次手术无改善,是尿道内瓣膜所致。结果表明,此种激光治疗后尿道狭窄成功率高,但尿道内残余瓣膜是手术失败的主要原因。半导体激光器较之其他类型激光器有功率大、汽化效果好、操作简单等优点。 n order to evaluate the value of laser to treat posterior urethral stricture, from October 1995 to March 1997, sixteen cases of posterior urethral stricture were treated with transurethral DIOMED semiconductor laser irradiation. Thirteen were successful up to now. Our fingings indicated that the laser operation is effective one, but most unsuccessful results were caused by residual valve in the urethral. It was pointed out that semiconductor laser has advantages such as high power, effective vaporization and simple usage than other types of lasers.
