摘要
为了探讨国产硬式纤维喉镜下，利用ＮｄＹＡＧ激光手术器治疗声带息肉、声带小结等粘膜良性病变的实用价值，采用这种方法治疗了１０３例，效果良好。该手术具有操作简便易行、病人痛苦小、并显著减轻病人的经济负担等优点。
here are several surgical operation modes of the vocal cords disease. It has not been reported that the Nd∶YAG laser was applied to treat the vocal cords disease with fibermetal laryngoscope. To evaluate the practical value of the fibermetal laryngoscope in laser treatment of vocal lesions, 103 patients with vocal nodules or vocal polyposis underwent treatment by this procedure with Nd∶YAG laser irradiation. The results demonstrated satisfactory results and the medical expenses were much lowered. It was concluded that the operation is simple and convenient to perform and little of sufferings.
