摘要
为了将面中部翻揭术同激光手术的优点结合起来，我们应用面中部激光翻揭术治疗鼻及鼻窦肿瘤２０例，其中良性肿瘤１５例、恶性肿瘤５例。随访１年～３年，５例恶性肿瘤中，１例术后１年复发，其余健在；良性肿瘤患者均无复发。此种手术简便易行，疗效确切，具有推广应用价值。
he aim of this clinical study is to develop a new procedure combining routine surgical operation and CO_2 laser irradiation to simplify and improve the midfacial degloving approach in treatment of nasal and sinusal tumors. Twenty patients were treated by this modality, among them 15 cases were of benign lesions and 5 of malignant tumors. The duration of postoperative follow-up was 1 to 3 years. Recurrence was observed in one patient with malignant tumor at one year after treatment. All the others are well. The procedure is easy and simple to operate, showing apparent advantages because of using the laser irradiation such as less bleeding, radical removal of malignant lesions, the operation can be performed under local anesthesia, less postoperative pain and uncomfort, avoidance of facial scar formation, as well as less expenses needed for the treatment, therefore, worthy recommendation.
