摘要
无碱低盐改性剂ABC完全摒弃传统改性剂结构,在延长其分子两端亲水性基团的同时,增强了阴离子性。文中对改性剂ABC用量、碱剂用量、温度、时间、pH值、元明粉用量、轧余率和固浆黏合剂等对棉织物染色性能的影响进行了试验,确定了最佳的改性染色工艺,并进行了棉针织物和棉梭织物的大生产。
Modifier ABC was applied to alkali-free and low-salt dyeing of cotton fabric with direct dye or pigment. Influences of factors on dyeing behaviors were studied, including dosage of modifier, alkali and sodium sulphate, temperature, time, pH value, pick-up, binder and so on. The optimum modification and dyeing process were determined, and applied process of modifier ABC in mass production was pointed out.
